All they had to do was wait for the transportable building to turn up, and move in.  They didn't even have to deal with connecting the home to services.

This 105m2 transportable home has been carefully designed by the owners of this farm in Northland to suit their lifestyle and budget. 

Boasting 2 bedrooms, both with bathrooms, and an entertainers kitchen, this home has more than met their expectations.

With a floor area of 153.80m2, 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, main bedroom with ensuite, and kitchen with scullery, this home ticked all the boxes for Farm accomodation.

Based on the Cambridge Sahara 4 (120m2) design, this Colorsteel and Cedar clad, 4 Bedroom Transportable home, has been a dream in the making.

The Client made a number of changes to make this work for their way of living i.e. floor area was made larger, changed from 4 to 3 bedrooms to allow for a larger a master, and the kitchen was designed for family living in mind.
