This 70sqm farm cottage is perfect to entice the right farm worker for your property.  Or if it's a minor dwelling you're looking for, to have your elderly loved ones near by or to use as a rental property, then this would be ideal.  Our designs can be altered to suit your specific requirements.

The central Kitchen, Dining and Living areas in this farm cottage makes it a compact but versatile option.  With two bedrooms either side of the living area and large opening doors offering easy indoor outdoor flow.
Options for an attached garage or carport onto the back door, allowing easy, direct access into the laundry and bathroom.

Relocatable home for the farm

Recently sited, this relocatable home for the Piopio farm has everything the workers require. 
The four bedroom, two bathroom home provides accommodation for seasonal farm workers. Complete with a large laundry and drying room with adequate heating and ventilation for drying all the wet clothing after a hard day outside facing the elements.  Wool carpert and wool fibre wall and ceiling batts provide that extra warmth and comfort and the large central living area makes for easy living.

This relocatable home arrived on site completely finished, ready to move into with little disruption to the farm property in the process.  What's more, the building can easily be relocated again should the circumstances require.
