Our client altered one of our existing plans to create a transportable home that was going to cater to their needs.  Complete with large kitchen, two bathrooms, three double bedrooms, separate laundry and a chimney feature.  The large opening sliders onto a deck area and an in-built exterior shower to wash off the sand after a day at the beach create the perfect beach haven.

Modular Home for rural setting

This modular home was recently relocated to a site in Ohaupo. To achieve space and separate living spaces this home was designed as two-piece modular build.  Built in our Cambridge factory as two separate, complete buildings then transported to site over two nights where they were sited in a ‘boomerang’ position.  Now an entrance way is being formed in between to link the two buildings, creating a spacious home.
