Prefab two storey home

This prefab two storey home was constructed in our Cambridge factory, transported to Piha then the separate pods were craned onto the side of a steep slope with one of the biggest cranes in the Southern Hemisphere.  The house now sits proudly on the site overlooking Lion Rock and has unobstructed views to the ocean.

The prefab home was built for use as a family bach with the upper level consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen & living areas and the lower lever a Master bedroom with ensuite.  A stairwell with a skylight connects the two floors and a veranda with a clearlite roof runs along the length of the building for enjoying the sunshine .

First Floor:  Size: 13m x 6m, Floor Area: 78m²

Relocatable home for Waihi Beach

Recently delivered to this intricate site in Waihi Beach, this 102m² relocatable home required transporting over a council reserve and reversing up a steep slope to be strategically positioned on the back section.
The stylish bach is now nestled into the hillside setting, with ample decks to compliment the easy, free-flow bach feel.
Our relocatable homes can be built to meet the requirements for a beach enviornment with Maxx rated roofing for a seaspray zone, stainless steel fixings and soakers.

 Pre-fabricated Bach

Situated on a hard-to-reach site on the stunning Coromandel Peninsula, this pre-fabricated bach demonstrates just how easily your dream can be achieved. 

Transported on a house moving truck from our Cambridge factory to Coromandel, this building was reversed up the driveway, hoisted off the truck by crane, turned 130º and placed onto the engineered, driven piles.  No site is too difficult!

This cute and comfortable holiday home is equipped to accommodate the family with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen, laundry and large decks for enjoying the summer weather outdoors.

Light, calm, beachy tones used throughout the exterior and interior of this pre-fabricated bach complement the simple, relaxed, beach holiday environment.

Modular transportable home

Ideally positioned, capturing the view, this 3 bedroom modular transportable home sits elegantly on its perch in the Matakana valley. 
Large glass panels and raking windows provide an amazing outlook over native bush.  Open plan kitchen, dining and living opening up to a large outdoor deck area to enjoy in Summer with a fireplace to keep cosy in the winter months.
The gable roof design with high raking ceilings create a sense of space and light in this modular transportable home.
The building completed in one piece in our Cambridge factory was split into two modules lengthways and delivered to site on two trucks.  To reach its remarkable landing spot required winding their way up a long steep driveway with hair pin bends.  No site is too difficult with a Leisurecom modular transportable home!

Relocatable home for a difficult site

Custom-designed to suit the site and client’s requirements, this 146sqm relocatable home comes complete with 3 double-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, kitchen with scullery and separate laundry. 

What most would think is an impossible site to transport a home too, proved not too difficult for the house movers.  The house was reversed up a steep temporary driveway and successfully sited at this scenic location.  Sited on the banks of the Waikato River, the pre-built home with large deck and outdoor dining area has the perfect backdrop.
