This purpose built cafe is brilliantly located next to Kara Park at the north end of Piopio.  The transportable building arrived into the small town of Piopio in the early hours of the morning complete with all the bells and whistles a new cafe requires.

Transportable Show Unit

This purpose built transportable show unit was designed for a Development in Auckland. 

Cladded with Triclad band sawn weatherboard creates a different look and allows show unit to be easily painted or stained the dark colours now in vogue, with the copper soakers adding that finishing touch.

Prefab Building for University

This specifically engineered prefab building has recently been sited at the University of Waikato for use as a Research Laboratory.

The modular, prefab building was constructed in our Cambridge factory and transported to site where a bridging connection to the existing building block was constructed.  It has been architectually designed for function and to effectively blend into the surroundings.

Equipped with all the technology required i.e; electrical cabling, projectors, screens, monitoring room, video editing and a test vehicle, this facility will be used to research the effects of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.  Our Leisurecom prefab buildings can cater to your precise specification and requirements.
