Have little disruption to your site whilst we build your relocatable home in our Cambridge factory then transport to site, ready for you to move in just weeks later.  If in the future your situation changes, your Leisurecom home can be removed and relocated, the option is yours.

Modular Home

Two-piece modular home offering a fresh approach to easy bach living.  With large open living areas this stylish home has raked ceilings to enhance the sense of space and light.  The large chimney gives the bach a relaxed feel with options for an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven or bbq.  The second chimney providing options for an indoor fireplace for those cosy winter months.

Stained Board and Batten, large soffits, wide fascia and a low pitch/flat roof line create a modern beach bach look.  The Axon panel on the chimney's makes for a great contrast and feature. 

Constructed as one building in our Leisurecom factory then split into two pieces and transported to site on two trucks, this modular home design can easily access those hard to reach sites.

This alpine holiday retreat was transported to Ohakune as an investment opportunity.  What better way to earn extra income from the influx of mountain-goers in the winter months than with a warm, inviting Leisurecom ski chalet (when you're not enjoying the slopes yourself of course!).

Great indoor outdoor flow is created with several large bi-folding doors opening up onto the magnificent deck, allowing holiday makers to soak up the tranquil setting.  Enhanced with horizontal corrugate cladding features, large soffits and a verandah off the living area, this home boasts style and opulence.

This transportable bach was designed to incorporate the kitchen, dining and living areas across the front for easy entertaining.  It contains 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and vinyl flooring in the living areas for low maintenance and easy cleaning – after all, you’re on holiday!

Holiday home at the snow

This transportable holiday home was recently sited in the popular ski town of Ohakune.
Accommodating 10 people with ease makes for an ideal rental investment or holiday home for the extended family.

Come off the mountain to a warm, cosy home with all the modern conveniences; a new fully featured kitchen, flowing into a social open-plan dining and living area, two bathrooms and three bedrooms including a ply-lined bunk room.  Designed for warmth and comfort this holiday home contains ceiling, wall and underfloor insulation, an Escea Gas Fire, a drying cupboard and double glazed joinery.

Dreaming of your own holiday home at the beach?  Our clients achieved this with a two-piece modular home constructed in our factory in Cambridge and delivered to their site at Cooks Beach.

This two-piece modular home encompasses a large open plan living area, three generous sized bedrooms (enough room to accommodate your extended family and friends!), bathroom, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe.

Designed and built specifically as two modular buildings, suitable for transportation and re-connection on site.  A garage (to house the boat) and a games room (for entertaining the kids) were additional utilities built on site to complete the plan for the property.

Transportable Build for Lake front

A transportable building is a perfect option for a lakeside retreat.  Comfortable, open plan living areas are great for entertaining and enjoying company. 

This portable home, derived from the Healey design, has been modified slightly to fulfil our clients’ wishes for blonded ply soffits and ceilings.  Complete with three bedrooms, two living areas and two bathrooms it has sufficient room to accommodate.  The cedar batten cladding is a popular feature as are the large opening stackers on the front elevation.

Constructed in our factory and delivered to site in Matarangi, a transportable building is a viable and convenient option for accessing those more isolated locations.
